Jaime+Scott crazy winter wedding in Tahoe!

Wow! This was literally THE most *epic* wedding ceremony I've ever shot! What a blast. Jaime & Scott held their wedding at Lake Tahoe's Northstar Ski Resort at the gorgeous Zephyr Lodge.  It was supposed to be sunny, but instead it was just nuking snow (skier term for snowing like crazy!). And as die-hard skiers, Jaime & Scott wanted their ceremony outside regardless! So cool. The reception was just as beautiful and eventually turned into one *rocking* party (including a mean karaoke session with the bride & groom doing Piano Man ). Also one word: shotski. This is a wedding no one will ever forget! Enjoy :)

Lisa+Ruairi- Bordeaux, France

Wow! What to say? Shooting a wedding in France has been a dream of mine for a long while now. It finally came true! And in spectacular fashion. Lisa & Rauiri had a destination wedding in Bordeaux France this last August at an absolutely incredible chateau & winery: Chateau Carignan. WOW. This place was truly amazing. I couldn't believe my eyes when we pulled up! What a location for a wedding & weekend with friends. Lisa & Rauiri are from Salt Lake City, as were most of their friends & family. Though many other people were from all over the UK & Europe. Totally fun crew! We were adopted by the Scottish clan almost immediately! Haha. The wedding weekend was really fantastic, even though there were a couple bumps (um, weather?) along the way. But everyone rallied at the last minute & still made magic happen! I'm still pinching myself that I was really in France shooting a gorgeous wedding in the rolling vineyards outside of Bordeaux!

France wedding number 2! Preview

Just a quick preview of the 2nd wedding I shot in Bordeaux, France 2 weeks ago! Preeya & Thibault did a civil ceremony at city hall in Bordeaux and we did a sexy/city shoot afterwards. So fun! Their actual wedding & reception was out in the vineyards at a chateau north of Bordeaux two days later. Stay tuned for those photos! Gorgeous.

Hello from France! I'm out here for 2 weeks shooting 2 gorgeous weddings and doing some travel in between! Beyond excited to be here. Shooting weddings in Europe has been a dream of mine for a long time. I'll be sharing images soon! In the meantime here's the first wedding venue. Not too shabby ;)
